Meet Backpack Guy, a new release by Monument City Brewing Co. in Baltimore, Maryland. This hazy 8% DIPA is a new addition to their IPA line-up. Backpack Guy has a pillow-like mouthfeel with big tropical fruit notes coming from a triple dry hopping of Mosaic, Amarillo, and Cashmere. Inspired by one of the head brewers and his love for hiking. Psst, that’s why we incorporated his nickname Night Hawk into the patch on the backpack!
